This is probably our largest range, cakes made from vanilla and chocolate sponge layered with jam and cream. They are available in a wide range of sizes to suit everybody right up to four foot square (123cmsx123cms). The sides of the sponges are masked in either coconut or chocolate, or they can be iced all over with soft icing. The basic sponge has tops that are either covered in fondant or soft icing and decorated simply with an inscription  and decoration, using the colour of your choosing, on a white ground. A scanned picture of almost anything can also be put on the top of the sponge with an inscription and decorated border.

A more expensive option is to have a picture, hand made, in coloured icing, on top of the cake these are called `run-outs`. To accompany your cake we make little individual  iced cakes with a mini picture on top.
